How Do I Reset My Password?

We've all been there: "What's my password?"

If you've forgotten your password, to reset it for Katapult Pro, visit the login screen. (If you're logged in, you'll need to log out.)

1. Underneath the "Sign In" button, you'll find the "I forgot my password" link. Click on this.

2. The sign-in modal will now prompt you to enter the email address associated with your Katapult Pro account. That is also the email to which Katapult Pro will send a link to reset your password.

3. Login to your email and look for this email from Katapult Engineering.

4. The email's contents will look like that in the screenshot above. Be sure to click the link provided to reset your password before the link expires in an hour after it has been sent.

If you want to change you password and you remember your old password, you can change your password in your account info.

Click on your avatar in the top right corner of Katapult Pro, and click on "My Account."

This will open up your account info. (And, if you open it on the Maps page, there will be user options included as well.)

Under the "CHANGE PASSWORD" section, enter your current password. Then enter the new password you want to use for your account, and confirm that new password by typing it again. Then click "Change Password."

Voila! You're now ready to effortlessly reset or update your password whenever needed. Should you need to regain access or strengthen security, simply follow these steps to manage your account confidently and securely.
